It does not cover information collected through a fund’s offering or subscription documents, which are governed by the privacy notice provided with those documents.
What we collect

- Standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting and font providers receive when your browser loads this site.
This site has no forms or accounts and does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to respond to you, to schedule and hold conversations you request, to record and follow up on your interest in Northmark, and to keep records we are required to keep.
Who we share it with
