Jeremy Masiello is the founder of the firm. His career began in the United States Navy, where he developed the discipline and attention to process that anchor the firm’s investment program.

Following his service, he earned a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University and went on to a career in middle market banking, working in credit underwriting and credit portfolio management. That work centered on the financial analysis used to evaluate the durability and earnings power of operating businesses, the same discipline the firm applies to public equities today.
